Our Story

A table set with care, patience, and a little heat.

StackRamen began as a two-seat noodle bar in a quiet Seoul laneway — a corner where Chef Jae-won obsessed over a single bowl until the broth felt like home.

Five years on, that bowl travelled with us to Koreatown. Every noodle is still pulled by hand, every kimchi jar marked with the day it was packed, every dish plated like it's for someone we love.

The Gochu-Fire bowl made me emotional — it's the kind of meal that tastes like someone cared. We'll be back every Friday.

Finally — a Korean kitchen that doesn't cut corners. Hand-pulled noodles, house kimchi, and the warmest service I've had all year.

I came for the ramen and stayed for the mandu — three visits in one week. The dining room feels like a warm secret.

The momos here are genuinely the best in town — pleated by hand, served sizzling. Add the Yangnyeom chicken and you've got a perfect dinner.

Took my parents here on a weeknight and the chef came out to check on them. Twenty minutes later we'd ordered seconds. That doesn't happen often.

Vegan options that actually taste considered — the Kimchi Garden ramen is layered and warming. So rare to find this depth without animal stock.
